Pride Plumbing Never Lets Me Down
Pride Plumbing never lets me down!! I don't even know why I tried another company! Saturday I woke up to a power outage only to find later in the day that my heater was only blowing cold air. Spent the weekend with the electric fireplace running all day. Had another company lined up; they failed to show during their 3-hour time frame. Called Pride, and 2.5 hours later Jeff showed up at my house to fix my heater! I cannot sing this company or Jeff's praises enough!! Thank you for everything!!

Pedro at Pride was at our house within 24 hours of our call. We were given a time frame of 11:30–1:30. Insert the “here we go, see you at 3 or 4.” Nope, Pedro arrived right at 11:30. This was just the first huge relief of a frustrating situation. The heat was out because our pilot light would not stay lit even after replacing three thermo-couples myself. Pedro checked out the entire unit and determined we had a faulty valve. He completed the repair ahead of his estimated schedule. Pedro was very professional and helped explain the issues and fixes I could understand.
We are very pleased with our experience with Pride P&H, and especially Pedro!

They were on time and very professional and were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. I Will Call Pride Again
The tech arrived about an hour after I called to request service on my heating system. Our (older) hot water heating system seemed to be very slow coming up to the heat setting, and I was concerned that a valve or pump was not operating correctly. Although the technician, Roger, could not find any mechanical problems, he did do a complete assessment of the components. The outside temperature had dropped 10 or 15 degrees lower during the night than it had earlier in the winter, so it may have just been the outside temperature difference that caused the issue. I was happy with the inputs I got. I will call Pride Heating and Plumbing in the future if the need arises.

Today Tanner and Luke arrived early, which was great, to hook up my cooler, install an inline water filter to the cooler, and replace an under-the-sink water filter.
