Extremely Professional Technicians
The motor on my A/C died on Monday evening. I called Pride PHC the next morning, and they sent Tanner out that afternoon. He figured out the problem, the fan motor and capacitor, and told me they would order parts the next day. The parts were obtained really early, and my A/C unit was entirely fixed by 10:30 a.m. by Chris Gutierrez, another technician. Both Tanner and Chris were extremely professional and explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Both answered all my questions completely. I highly recommend both these technicians and Pride Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.

Jeff and Jacob Were Great
Jeff and Jacob, my service technicians, were great! My unit is 21 years old. Yes, I know I need a new unit, but they did not pressure me at all to purchase it. They gave me multiple options to choose from, and I chose to top the unit off with refrigerant. They were very friendly, and I did not feel they were trying to get as much $ from me as they could. I definitely would use or recommend them to anyone.
