Quick Fix for Under $100
Brady came out to check my leaking ceiling. My roof is being re-done and he said that is likely the cause. When the ceiling kept leaking, he came back out and found the real culprit. Quick fix for under $100. Not bad. He did quote me to have the swamp cooler water line ran outside, which exceeded $400, and to replace a tub monitor was also close to $400. These prices seem pretty steep, but I guess everything costs an arm and a leg these days.
Was able to buy the part from the hardware store and shave off $100 for the repair.
